Der Aushub für die Gebäude wird zur Modellierung einer Parklandschaft benutzt, die erschließende Straße mäandert durch den Park, der parzelliert wird. Firmen, die sich hier ansiedeln stellen ihre Freifläche der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung, so dass ein großer, fließender Park für Bewohner und Besucher entsteht.

Blockstruktur

Im Anschluss an den Bahnhof entsteht ein urbanes Gebiet, das die Blockbebauung der Innenstadt mit modernen Mitteln fortführt.

Bandstadt

Auf einem linearen Entwicklungsstreifen können sich nach vorgegeben Spielregeln verschiedene Bauformen und Nutzungen entwickeln. Begleitet wird die Bebauung von einem Sportband, das der Allgemeinheit dient.

The excavation of the buildings is used to model the landscape, the mainroad is meandering through the park, that is divided into lots. Companies  settling here provide  their open space to the public, a huge floating park is growing for the inhabitants and the visitors.

Block grid

In connection of the train station a new urban area is developed, that continues the grid of the center with a modern speech.

Linear city

A linear strip of city allows the development of different building types and utilizations by following given rules. The development is accompanied  by a sports strip, that is for everybodies use.
