Das Projekt ist ein Umbau mit Anbau und Aufstockung eines alten Kindergartens. Die Wände im Erdgeschoss berühren nirgendwo die Außenwand. Die Räume entwickeln sich alle aus dem Zentrum des Hauses und sind organisch geformt. Im Kontrast zu dazu bleibt die Außenwand wie freigestellt erlebbar. Im Obergeschoss ist das Maler Atelier mit einer Belichtung über Sheddächer. Die Fassade ist aus glasierten Vollklinkern vorgehängt, sie ist in einer schwellenden Form dreidimensional gestaltet, eine moderne Interpretation der ornamentalen Klinkerfassade des Altbaus.
